Hello
All the anti diabetic medicines are good.It is quite possible that oral anti diabetic medicines are loosing it's effect.
It is perfectly natural for oral anti diabetic medicines to loose their effect as the time passes, because of gradual reduction of effective mass of beta cells which are responsible for production of insulin.
You should consult a diabetologist and get the proper treatment done.
Various combinations of oral anti diabetics can still be tried and if they fail, then best would be to go for injectable insulin.Let the doctor decide your treatment plan.
Thanks
