I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I understand your concern and would like to explain that among the three options for relieving pain, Tylenol seems to be more safe than the other two.

It will not interact with Lisinopril and will not interfere with its anti-hypertensive action.

Nevertheless, she may use also any NSAIDs alternative (including Ibuprofen, Aspirin, etc.) but with the caution to closely monitor her blood pressure values meanwhile, as a tendency for higher blood pressure values is likely.

If such is the case, a temporarily increase of Lisinopril from 10 mg to 20 mg/day may be necessary.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further uncertainties, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
