Brief Answer:
there is a possibility for this since it is an androgenic steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Primo-33 Primal Muscle contains metenolone (primobolan), which is a weak androgenic steroid. It is hard to say how much it might affect (raise) your blood pressure, but there is the potential to do this. Also, it can speed hair loss, and decrease your own testosterone production. In other words, it will mess with your pituitary and hypothalamus because the pituitary will think you have plenty of testosterone from the drug and tell your testes to turn down their production of the hormone.

I generally discourage messing with something like this. Better to treat any known deficiencies and have a healthy diet and exercise without hormonal supplements.

I hope this information helps.
