It may be a vascular lesion (cavernoma, AVM) that may have caused the hematoma, so, it is necessary for a correct diagnosis first. Brain arteriography is necessary for this purpose. In that region, radiosurgery is a good possibility for treatment. Discuss with a Neurosurgeon for these issues.
