Question: Hello. My son is a college student and taking 20mg of propranolol for a public speaking class. He admittedly smokes quite a bit of weed. Is this okay?

Marijuana shouldn't interact seriously with propranolol. Marijuana can however significantly worsen anxiety over time, so he should stop using it.
