Seroflo inhaler does not affect the HIV test results whether it is antigen or antibody or HIV RNA detection.
So any of these test results will not be affected.

It has fluticasone a steroid as rightly said.
It does not change results of test as negative results.
Steroids can just reduce antibodies to some extent but not change results.moreover the amount inhaled is very less to affect results.
So allay fears and forget about HIV
