Brief Answer:
Tylenol doesn't interfere with Parkinson's drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I am Dr.Rovena.
I had gone through your query and medical history.

Tylenol cold/flu is a trade name for Acetominophen (Paracetamol).

Acetaminophen belongs to a class of drugs called analgesics (pain relievers) and antipyretics (fever reducers). It inhibit the prostaglandin production which is a mediator of inflammation.

Acetominophen doesn't interact with any of the above medications and this drug does't have any influence in Parkinson's disease symptoms.
It might have been a coincidence that your's wife tremors get better after taking
Tylenol.

The tremor in Parkinson disease (as all other symptoms of this disease) is due to the lack of Dopamine in some specific neurons and only the drugs that increase the level of Dopamine in this neurons such as Sinemet,Ropinirole can improve Parkinson's symptoms.
Tylenol has nothing to do with this.

Hope I was able to help you.
If you have further questions please feel free to write me.
Take care.
