Does Vyvanse Interact With Hydrocodone?

Question: I took Vyvanse at about 11am. It's 1:25am now. I have a killer migraine. I have hydrocodone 7.5/325. Is this likely a safe scenario? The Vyvanse is not entirely out of my system, but obviously it's been some time since I took it.

Dear Sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns . Vyvanse and hydrocodone has no reported interactions between each other but both can cause the side effects of elevated blood pressure and increased heart rate. since Vyvanse will not be excreted from your system until six hours from administration , then I would recommend that you use hydrocodone with caution.. If you experience palpitations or severe headache then you should monitor your heart rate and blood pressure level .
