Does Xarelto Interact With Naproxen?

I can see some bad ones without trying hard
Detailed Answer:
Xarelto blocks the action of one protein involved in blood clotting. It increases your risk of bleeding.
NAPROXEN IS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO TAKE WITH IT.
All the others, and that is pretty much ALL the others have weak interactions with it that we THINK don't matter. Ok.... Keflex and lasix are more kidney than liver so should NOT have much interaction. Oxycodone and Fentanyl go out by their own mechanisms. Symbicort is a lung drug that hardly gets in enough to matter. So, NONE of those should be able to interact AT ALL. Abilify, primidone, buproprion and citalopram (why both?!?), zyrtec, claritin (why both ?!?) valium monteleukast
ALL are liver metabolized. All have minimal effects on other drugs that go through the liver. We Have No IDEA what 3 or 5 liver metabolized drugs do when they ALL are taken together. Block the liver from metabolizing anything ?!? probably it's safe or we'd have had a LOT of people with problems with it in the clinical trials. everybody on it are on a lot of other medicines. There are some strong inhibitors of liver metabolism that strongly interact with Xarelto. You Will Never Be On Them.
We don't 100% know, but its probably ok
EXCEPT NAPROXEN WHICH IS DANGEROUS.

The interactions of those are separate from xarelto
Detailed Answer:
all of the ones you mention are all liver metabolized. There's nothing for many many liver metabolized drugs and how many many interact with xarelto. For EACH one, we know, they're safe INDIVDUALLY with xarelto. It's the 1+1+1+1 type of interaction is unknown.
The interaction between welbutin and citalopram is serotonin syndrome from too much serotonin. You'd have noticed the flushing, diarrhea, confusion or... won't happen. It stops when you stop taking one of them. Not. So. Bad. If you don't notice any of these, the interaction didn't occur and won't. It is rare.
Zyrtec and claritin are among the most heavily studied drugs ever for safety. There was literally an act of congress to study the safety of claritin. The first type of drug of this group caused an incredibly rare 1 in a million potentially fatal heart irregularity (SELDANE is the drug, TORSADES the arrhythmia). Claritin and zyrtec were re-evaluated and their patent timer put on pause while this was examined for being entirely safe at the 1 in a million rate. They don't have toxicity. Really. So, you can use them together, just seemed odd you were taking both.
Hate to say it , but, what worked on my family's sinus issues is being in California and sinus problem was always there on the East Coast.
