Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
ZINDA TILISMATH is a unani preparation and indicated in infection, fever and other gastric trouble.
If you taking this medicine for HIV exposure then in my opinion this medicine would not be beneficial for you.
Instead of going alternate mode of treatment i would suggest you to consult your physician and start post exposure prophylaxis. This is taken after the potential exposure for HIV aids. It is always good to start the treatment as soon as possible. This is important because HIV virus require some time to develop in the body which is called window period. if PEP is taken during this period there are pretty good chances that HIV exposure can be treated.
alternative / natural medicine would only help to cure / palliate your problem.
If you have any associated problem then share with us and we will be able to help you to and we would suggest the best possible medicine.
Hope this is clear to you

I got tested for hiv and my result was non reactive after the window period but I remember taking zindatilismath some time that year few times a month when I had cold and cough so I just want to know if it can influence/ affect the test results by producing false negative results ??
Can it delay the sero- convertion process? If yes how long can it delay the production of antibodies after the day of exposure ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
There are no proven scientific record showing that zindatilismath is beneficial or not in case of HIV. Though some physician claims that the medicine has magical curative power. In my opinion there is no correlation of medicine for treatment, healing or influencing the test result.
There are high probability for false negative or false positive result so in such case always a confirmatory test is done to make sure the test result are accurate.
Suggest you to repeat the test to confirm the test result.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
You have already followed the protocol for HIV testing so for.
Please understand the accuracy of HIV testing result are not 100% so the results are analysed and interpreted based on the test algorithm. every test either generation 3 or generation 4 test has its own accuracy level.
So in case of false negative or false positive repeat test is advised after 6 month of the test. I would suggest you to repeat the test after the 6 month.
Your tests are conclusive but for safer side its always good to take precautionary step to diagnose accurately.
Till now to test result are negative (Clinical correlation is suggested) and as per report your test results are negative so this may be taken in favor.
Understand HIV result is not affected by infection, medication or vaccination.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
This is just for prophylaxis to carry out the screening test especially in case of potential exposure.
This not absolutely necessary but it's good to keep this practice. If you feel not to carry test then there is no big issue.
Hope this is clear to you.
Thanks
