Does A BP Reading Of 84/64 Need Medical Attention?

Question: my stepfather is an 81 yr old male with hypertension, 5-6 stents in heart, aortic anerysm, and type 2 diabetes, spinal stenosis and is having a blood pressure of 84 systolic / 64 diastolic. I understand this is low, but should we call 911. We don't want to risk any life threatening situations now. Please answer STAT!!!!
