Question: I swollowed a piece of a pocket knife only a small piece of the blade should I be worried

Should this be bigger than 5cm with sharp edges, I will suggest that you go to the hospital for removal. This will require an endoscopic exam to help take it out. If it is however small and not sharp, then observe only and seek medical attention if any symptoms develop such as abdominal pain.
