Does Alcohol Interact With Amitriptyline?

Question: Hi..I am taking Amitriptyline 10 mg since 10 days, can I drink beer once in a week?

Amitryptiline do not cause any interference with metabolism of alcohol in current dosage and you can take safe dose of alcohol along with it.

Considering your age and amitryptiline the safe limit for alcohol is 600 ml beer of 4 % in a day.
