Does Dead Fetus During Pregnancy Cause Any Problem To The Growing Healthy Fetus?
Question: Question to XXXXXXX Karegol. .
Hi doc..
i got my scanning done at 9th week starting yest... and luckily none of the remaining sacs have gotten a heartbeat. But out of the 2 babies that had heartbeat one is having a bmp of 153 and the other one seem to have gone as we couldnt see a heart beat. Now my question is the CRL of the baby is .91 cms at 9 weeks past lmp. Is this growth good?also heartbeat is steady and showing progress so i m optimistic that the 1 remaining baby will grow healthy. But the abortion of the remaining fetuses wont affect the growing baby right? As per the crump length and bpm the baby is showing positive progress rt?god willing i was releived that i dint have to go for selective reduction,however i m also quite anxious to make sure my 1 baby remains and its healthy. My next scan is 3.5 weeks from now . Which i feel is a long wait... hoping for the best frm god...
