Question: If I was tested for diabetes would the doctor be able 2 see aderall in my system threw the test?

No. Usually while testing for diabetes routine test for sugar levels like fasting and postprandial sugar or glucose tolerance test will be done. This will show your glucose levels at that particular time. If suggestive of diabetes then other tests like HbA1c (tells about past 3 months sugar level),lipid profile, organ function tests will be done.
