It is used for premature ejaculation for men between 18-64 years.
So if you do not have premature ejaculation you are not to use it for increasing sexual desire.
Adverse effects include dizziness, headache and nausea which are common.
Insomnia, restlessness, decreased libido and hypersensitivity are rare.
It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity, heart disease, conduction defects, IHD and valvular defects.
