The feeling of tiredness of eyes in the night usually indicate dry eyes or presence of uncorrected refractive error.
The use of artificial tears eye drops as I have mentioned in my previous answer will provide relief from these symptoms.
Refractive error can be made out by simple vision and refraction testing by optometrist.
Hence I advice you to consult your optometrist and get back to me with the examination reports and as of now you can start using artificial tears eye drops.
