What Is The Appropriate Treatment For Exophoria?

My granddaughter is 4 years old. We have noticed that the eyeball of her right eye sometimes appears to move out towards her ear and at other times appears to move inwards. She had an eye test and the results were:
Rt eye: CYL - 1,00 AXIS 100
LT eye : CYL - 0.75 AXIS 85
We were told she has Exophoria Can you please advise me if this can be treated and what is the treatment. Many thanks.

Recommended glass she should use constantly. Some orthoptic excercise of right eye like movement in all direction, then closing the left eye she should fix the vision of right eye to an object.Repeat refraction after sometimes.I n case of change of power change the glass.
