Does Forzen Egg Take Longer Time To Get Implanted?

My question, I have heard that FET can cause the embryo to take longer to implant. Is this true or just wishful thinking? Additionally, since I was technically only 8 days and 19 hours would that have an impact? In the end, my doc isn't optimistic. What do you think?
Wait and repeat your HCG levels.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us again.
Congratulation for positive test results.
Facts about your problem-
- No, it is not true that frozen egg takes more time to implant.
- As you are only 8 days after your embryo transfer may be its too early to state anything about your levels.
- Only one level of HCG does not sufficient to arrive at any conclusion.
- Repeat levels after every 2-3 days up to 14 days is important to see whether HCG levels are falling or increasing.
In your case in my opinion as your HCG level is 29 on day 8, you are pregnant that is for certain. (although your level is not real good)
Now you should go for repeat HCG level testing every 2-3 days up to 14 days to determine the trend. (Whether it is increasing or falling).
Hope I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to assist you.
Just hope for the best.
Good luck.
Regards
