Does Fungal/yeast Infection On Penis Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

Question: My doctor said I have yeast or fungai on my penis does this cause erectle dysfunction? He prescribed with two creams to put on.im stressing out wanting to know if this cashing my ed I've been having weak erections or no erections at all and it's a embarrassing I don't have diabetes my blood tests and urine test came back fine also feel a tingly or
Burning feeling around my scrotum and penis I don't know if this from body wash I I use or the yeast. Is the yeast or fungai causing my ed problem sometimes I get a erection here and there but lately been weak.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had genital fungal infection treated with anti fungal creams and now facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction with pain in penis and scrotum.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have any urethral discharge
2) Do you have painful ejaculation ?
3) Do you have urinary symptoms like frequency ,burning etc?

Based on your symptoms your ED could be mostly due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis.)

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Semen examination and culture or.
4) Culture of urethral discharge obtained after prostatic massage .

Take antibiotics like Cefixime twice daily along with anti inflammatory medicine Diclofenac twice daily later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report.

Ensure to avoid sexual intercourse till it get cured completely .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Well i have no ureathal discharge or pain in ejaculation i did have urge to urinate and burning feeling when i urinated. I went to a urologist did a ultrasound and urine test both came back fine and no stds as well

Many a times one does not get positive evidence of infection of prostate on lab tests

Your symptoms are strongly suggestive of Prostatitis and need to take antibiotics for 4 weeks .

okay i see does this cause symptoms of irritaion or tingly feeling around my groin and scrotum or is this from the body wash or laudry detergent i use?
