Brief Answer:
Hemangioma are typical symptomless.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Vertebral hemangioma are typical symptomless. And pain or any other symptoms are not related to hemangioma.
Your pain can be related to degenerative changes in the spine. For this you can see an orthopedic or spine doctor.
For reduced oxygen supply to brain you need to see a neurologist. A carotid doppler of neck vessels can help to see if there are plaques build up in these vessels.
Even changes of cervical spondylosis/degeneration can be responsible for this.
So seeing both of these specialist can give you a better idea. But as i said early dont worry about hemangioma.
Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
