Does Intake Of Arthrotec Help In Abortion?
Question: Hi doctor. I m 4 weeks pregnent .. I took searle 1411 pills 2 orally and 2 inside my vigina .. After 4 hours taking these cramps and bleeding start .. But now after 12 hours my bleeding stopped .. Is it normal or should i insert more pills .. I m also taking antibiotics augmentin and more over i hve now severe nausea .. But no bleeding since morning .. Help me

Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Actually only misoprostol at times lead to incomplete abortion so we usually give mifepristone before and then misoprostol after 48 hours which has almost 97-98% success.
But since you had bleeding it shows that abortion process at least started and now just wait for 48 hours and then we will see the pattern of bleeding.
In case still there is no bleeding then either same dose should be repeated or get an ultrasound and see for the presence of pregnancy leftovers inside uterus.

Well i m living in a country where abortion is illegal and i dnt have more pills .. And from here i cannot get .. Plz advice something tht i should not go for this procedure again

In the meanwhile take papaya three times a day and turmeric milk along with ginger tea and coffee.
These are just adjuncts but are helpful at times.

Thanks doc .. Should i take augmentin medication to avoid discomfort or infection ..

Goodmorning doc. I just need to ask that i m still feeling so much cramps and very minor spotting. More over my stomach is also very upset .. i really dnt understand whats the cause of these cramps. Thanks
