Does Intake Of Aspirin Help In Controlling Blood Pressure?

Question: I have loud heart beat in ears when I lay down and when I sit up it sounds like locus in ears. I have had blood clots and have filter. I am talking zeralto for blood clots. Had ears checked and they are ok. Blood pressure is 159/91 could I take aspirin?

I will lean more towards getting the blood pressure well controlled. Already on Xarelto, there is no major gains in taking aspirin to prevent against blood clots. Xarelto is largely superior to aspirin in this regard.
