Brief Answer:
Unlikely to affect periods if changed slowly.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
May I know why did you chose to take this new supplement? Are you protein deficient or on body building program?
Protein powder is good to take but it has to be very slow. Any change in nutritional status would impact the menstruation.
Not only that if you have a physical activity then it can also affect the menstrual.
If you are slowly changing nutrition the body gets acclimatized and so is the brain towards the release of hormones.

Basically I'm very lean and feel tired very often...and yeah I want to make my body more stronger. Can you explain on "taking it very slow". Is it regarding the amount that I can take per day?
Brief Answer:
You may take the supplement
Detailed Answer:
Yes it is about the amount.
Instead of taking the daily required or specified amount written on the tin. I suggest to introduce it slowly and increase it weekly while increasing your activity.
