Brief Answer:
Hormonal and ultrasound evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.
Anxiety can cause irregular periods.
You have relatively heavy periods for 5-7 days.
This time your period was delayed, light and 2 days late.
I think you should go for hormonal (LH, FSH, PROLACTIN and TSH) and ultrasound evaluation.
Anxiety can affect periods but this is the first instance of problem with your periods. So, probably it is not the cause.
Propranolol is not known to affect periods.
So, In my opinion, you should consult your Gynec ask for evaluation.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
