I do not think sulfasalazine should be discontinued when you trying for second child. Are you taking treatment for infertility in any case? If not you can go ahead if you are doing naturally. This tablet acts more like an aspirin. So you can go ahead.

I practice allopathy form of medicine and I do not know if Ayurveda medications have any implications on this sulfasalazine.
