I have unprotected sex without intercourse because I am virgin until now from about 48 hrs my partner cums around my vagina
And I don't have any type of emergency contraceptive in my country .
So can I use 4 tablets from ((yasmin)) then after 12 hrs use other 4 tablets

Thanks for the query to HCM,
As the ejaculate was over the vagina and its been 48 hrs, though the chances of pregnancy with this act is less but pre cum can cause pregnancy as well , so its better to take the morning after pill within 72 hrs.
you may use XXXXXXX ( as available) 4 tabs stat and then after 12 hrs again 4 tabs and then wait for a withdrawal bleed to occur in next 5-7 days. But i have to appraise you that the success rate is only 75-80% with this regimen, so please get a serum beta hcg test done after 8 days post intercourse to rule out pregnancy conclusively before the period s are missed. If the hcg levels are less than 5ng/dl then she is pregnancy safe and not pregnant and she can then safely wait for her withdrawal if it doesn't start in next 5-7 days.

If progesterone only pills like creosote are available in your country then they should be more effective. Its a 75 microgram desogestrel pill where 2 tabs to be taken stat within 48 hrs and the 2 tabs after 12 hrs. This shall work better if available.
