Brief Answer:
Can be taken.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend,
We always recommend an yearly general health checkup at your parents age.
So, you should get it done.
Taking a multivitamin like Revital in general is not a problem.
It should be taken after major meal as few people complain of acidity following that.
You may get that for your parents.
As far as your mouth ulcers are concerned, take a multivitamin containing Zinc like Zincovit for 2 weeks.
Vitamin D should be taken after knowing the actual deficiency through a test known as 25 Hydroxy Vitamin D3 levels.
So, you may start your parents on multivitamin and get there health check up done by a Physician nearby.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Can be taken.
