Does Masturbation Cause Hernia To Bulge Out?
Question: I have a hernia that will be repaired tomorrow afternoon. It was very painful and at the hospital they pushed it back in and I feel fine but anxious for the surgery.
But I feel like masturbating. Will that cause the hernia to bulge again ?

Anything that increased the abdominal pressure will cause the hernia to bulge again. Some of them are persisting coughing, lifting heavy weights, constipation and straining and all these can cause the hernia to worsen again.
Masturbation does not increase the abdominal pressure and so will not cause the hernial swelling to worsen again.
