Does Menstruation After Intercourse Confirm Lack Of Pregnancy?

Question: Hi i need abit of reassurance. Last year on the 18th of april 2013 i had an abortion, me and my boyfriend then broke up i went out got drunk and had a one night stand on the 29th of april 2013. On the 24th of may 2013 i had what i believe my first period after the abortion, after this i got back with my boyfriend and went on to have my second period following the abortion on the 20th of XXXXXXX 2013 then when my period was due on the 19th of july i found out i was pregnant went for scans which said my baby was due on the 25th of march 2014. baby arrived 13 days late on the 7th of april 2014. I just want some reassurance as to who the babys father is my boyfriend or the one night stand? I know the easy way would be a paternity test but i dont want to worry people if theres nothing to worry about. Thanks for your help
Brief Answer:
no need of paternity test
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I understand your concern.
In my opinion as you got the period after one night stand there is no scope for pregnancy with that guy.
Moreover the lifespan of sperm is only 24 hrs.So if fertilisation occurs within its lifespan there is chance of pregnancy.
As you missed the period after the intercourse with your boyfriend , I can tell you with 100% certainity beyond doubt that the father of your baby is your boyfriend.
And your expected date of delivery is coinciding with your last menstrual period.
So stay cool and relaxed.Dont worry no need of any paternity test .
Enjoy life...
