Does Quivering Of Voice Suggest Essential Tremors?

Question: My head quivers as well as my voice. could this be essential tremor? could my medications be the cause?

Of course, voice and head tremor at the same time, point towars Essential tremor.
However, there are other features associated with Essential tremor-like positive family history, improvement on alcohol intake.

Do you have any of the above associated?Any other comorbidity?

I do not drink alcohol, usually have only 1 cup of coffee per day and an occasional diet coke. There is no family history of tremors that I am are of. From what I have read, essential tremor does not have any treatment. Is that correct? Also, will the tremors get worse as I age?

Its not that ET do not have any treatment. Medicines like Propranolol and Primidone work well in most patients. Further, its not a rule that they get worse with age, though they frequently behave like that.
