At this time, NO!

I am so sorry to hear of these symptoms that you have reported and the diagnosis of chronic focal duodenitis.

Cannabis is not yet a documented cause of chronic focal duodenitis. At this time, I will not suggest so either. Cannabis, unless medically advised for specific reasons, is not good for health and I would strongly discourage against continued use.
