Brief Answer:
It could be ibuprofen

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Among the available medications Ibuprofen is the most likely cause to cause blood in urine as it causes damage to lining.

There are some reports in regard to blood in urine and meth use but it mostly occurs after withdrawal of methamphetamine use but rarely when use is continued.

To conclude it can be said that Ibuprofen is most likely cause although meth can also contribute if it was discontinued.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
