Sweaty hands

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The most common reason for sweaty hands is hyperthyroidism, please get a thyroid profile done soon.

Sweaty hands will not lead to low sodium unless you have an underlying salt losing nephropathy.
Here are some of the signs and symptoms of low sodium

1. Altered sensorium
2. Gait disturbances
3. Change in behavioral patterns
4. Lack of sleep
5. Lethargy
6. Headache
