Does Swimming Have An Effect On The Progesterone Levels?

Question: Hi doctor

we have planned for IVF and frozen embryos would be transferred in this menstruation cylce. Day 3 of cycle progesterone levels are high. can she go for swimming after day 5. does it impact on progesterone levels.

It is not good to transfer embryo if progesterone levels are more than 1.5. Try next cycle.

Swimming is not going to help in reducing progesterone levels. It has no effect.

She can go for any physical activity including swimming before FET. but no sort of exercise or swimming is recommended after FET. she needs to take rest post FET.
