Yes , Belviq can cause a rash in approximately 2 % of patients. Zyretec and benedryl are more than enough. You need not use the other medications for this rash alone. Topical calamine lotion may help with any burning sensation. You need to stop the medication to see if the rash improves. If so its most likely to be related to it.
