No burning, itching or tingling or discharge, it looked like some of the skin slid off like a scrape at first. it was clear the night before and surprised me half way through the day. I'm uncircumcised if that helps and the lesions has been touching other parts of my penis with no transfer that I can see. However their was some pain upon cleaning with rubbing alcohol and I applied Neosporin. the lesion is a bit more apparent today than yesterday. Also it's just the one area. one more thing I have been masturbating a lot lately.

Brief Answer:
bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for follow up query.

With your description of symptoms, we can rule out herpes.
It appears to be like a bacterial infection. not to worry much on STD, it could be due to unhygienic measures.
You can continue neosporin and try to avoid masturbation till lesions heal.

Hope i answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Brief Answer:
irritation

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for follow up query.

Many a time these kinds of bumps are due to irritation of the skin and inflammation I would suggest that you look at the clothing of your undergarments, have you made any changes? Different brands, different fabrics (a new fabric you might be allergic to for instance). Careful hygiene, low caffeine and sugar and limited fat intake will help to reduce your lesions

Hope i answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.
