The shape and the size of the uterus as mentioned in your previous queries is conducive for conception. The uterus may be affected by myometrial hyperplasia or adenomyosis which needs to be evaluated further. The size though shall come back to normal once the hematoma or clot in your uterus comes out , as you have an ongoing menses at present but bulky uterus would stay.
