How To Deal With Severe Cramps In Adenomyosis?

Hi, I am 39 yrs old, i am diagnosed with adenomyosis. I have severe cramps which are uncontrollable, sevista did not help me, i am using SYSRON, which has reduced my cycle and flow, but my cramps are unbearable, ii feel like i should pull it out. Pls help me.

Hello,

Adenomyosis is commonly associated with abdominal and uterine cramps. In addition to Sysron that you are already taking you need to start with anti spasmodic drug like drotaverine with mefenamic acid on as and when required basis.
