Question : Hi I recently found out that I am pregnant (5 weeks) but also that our house has fallen victim to threadworms. Could my pregnancy be at risk because of the worms I have?

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Threadworm infestation is not very serious infection during pregnancy and usuanot affect foetus.
Maintain hygiene before going for mebendazole because in pregnant women we avoid mebendazole initially but symptoms persist than only given.
