Question : I have a sinus problem and cannot breathe from my nose at all, specially bed time. Otrivin causes fast heart beat and other addiction problmes. What is the solution? Does nasonex help? Does it cause fast heart beat?

Hi,

I have gone through your query. We can't use otrivin for more than 7 days. And yes, it may cause increase in heart rate.

Yes, you can use nosonex instead of otrivin for sinusitis.
Nasonex is the local nasal steroid it rarely causes fast heart beat.

But to rule out other disease better to you may go for the X Ray PNS or CT Scan PNS.
