Brief Answer:
Continue home management!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed these images. Continue home management as there are no red flags which require MD attention. Cleanse daily with Betadine solution and avoid any covered shoes or stockings. Tylenol and Ibuprofen are good options for pain.
I wish you well.
