Brief Answer:
Varicocele doesn't cause infertility in all males.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
Your reports do show a varicocele.
Varicoceles are associated with male factor infertility.
However, varicocele doesn't result in infertility, in every male.
If you want to clear your doubt about this, get a semen analysis test, with 2-3 days abstinence.
Also understand, that varicocele will not resolve spontaneously, or with any natural treatment. Surgical treatment is the only way to clear it.
Send the report here, for an expert opinion.
Wish you well.

Hi Doctor,
I Appreciate your early response.
I want to get some more details about my problem. Hope you don't mind answering me.
I little discomfort that too occasionally, not always. If I have semen analysis done now, will that report be reliable in telling me that I will be fertile for 5-6 (I will married in 4-5 years) years from now, I am 24 years old now.
I had ultrasound done on November 20th, the report of which is attached in this message. Please answer if Varicocele also causes testicle shrinkage and low testosterone production and ultimately erectile disfunction. Will marrying early help me overcome the issues of varicocele?
Early and detailed response is greatly appreciated.
Regards, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Good questions.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Vallaikum salaam.
1.Present semen analysis isn't applicable after 4-5 years.
2.Have gone through your scan reports.
In future, potential of varicocele causing shrinkage of testis,is minimal.
3.Varicocele doesn't affect testosterone production or cause ED(erectile dysfunction).
4.Marrying early doesn't have any effect on Varicocele.
Hope all your doubts are cleared.
Wish you good health.
