Doing Work Out. Having Shortness Of Breath, Dizziness And Warm Flush Sensations. Done With ECG. Left Side Of Heart Hurts. Worried?

Approx. 3 weeks ago I was unable to sleep due to shortness of breath, tight ribs/chest area, dizziness, warm flush sensations. I tried to walk it off and slept about 3 hrs (not all at once). Symptoms occured again the next morning and afternoon. I went to the ER . First ECG showed a U wave 'sinus'(?) the second normal. My Creatinine was 140 and eGFR 55. My urea was 8,6. I went back a day later with same symptoms of bloaty/short breath/chest. ECG normal, Creatinine 110 eGFR 65 and urea 7.2. I stopped taking the shakes and the workouts...symptoms not as bad but noticed certain foods brought on these anxiety like attacks, other times out of the blue. I am getting better sleep now but still can't fully fall asleep until 3am.
Sometimes my left side heart will hurt when taking deep breaths (spoadically).
Potassium/Cholesteral/Thyroid test - normal.
Awaiting results of my Cardio Stress test and Haltor Monitor. My family doctor is on indefinite medical leave so I can't get the results of all my other blood work + my appt for GI work and stomach ultrasound. I've also noticed I've become hypersensitive to high pitch noises and difficulty breathing/lightheaded in indoor water park/humid places.
A CT of the lungs showed no clot or lesions....What could it be?
As an aside question, my wife and i have been trying to conceive - results from sperm test 2 weeks ago showed 48% motility, 85% vitality, 8.4pH, 52% abnormal and only 5 million sperm count.
Renal function test shows increase in values.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Let me take your side question first.
Your sperm count is on the lower side(Oligospermia).
It needs to be 39 million per ejucalation or 15 million per mililiter.
In this case the chance of getting your partner pregnant reduces.
You may consult an XXXXXXX who may help you in this situation.
Now coming to your health problems.
Your renal parameters like creatinine and urea are above the normal range.
Normal range
Creatinine: 53 - 106
Urea: 2.5 - 6.7 mmol/l
This may be either due to increase body mass due to workout or high protein supplement.
You may have to stop the protein supplement and follow it up with serial Renal function test.
Your are improving clinically and with lab test after the withdrawal from heavy exercise and protein supplement.
This is a sign of health improving.
You may wait and watch.
Without the other result may not be able to comment of the cardiac and gastrointestinal status.
CT of the lung shows no post pneumonia sequelae or clot(Pulmonary embolism).
Pulmonary cause of breathlessness may be ruled out.
Hope the answer helps you.

Unsure why I get the short of breath/flush feeling in the early am, usually fine during the day and then again around midnight. (have supper 5:30-6pm). I've also noticed difficulty breathing in humid places and need my room at a cool temp to breath at night.(never had that before).
could the symptoms still be from electrolyte imbalance from workouts, not enough fluids? It's been 3 weeks however. Also, I'm still not getting 8 hours of sleep. 5-6 hours broken up.
Also, should I try a fatty food such as chicken wings to see if it brings on severe symptoms of tight ribcage, short breath, flush feeling, light headed to see if it is indeed gastro/hernia/gall bladder?
the first Xray I had did show a big gas bubble in my neck and sometimes tapping my chest to release gas helps breathing.
Can a hiatal hernia/stomach issue bring on shortness of breath, flush sensations?
Issues related to the stomach.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Medical problems related to stomach may also cause difficulty in breathing at times.
But Hiatus hernia is very unlike because of the fact that the CT chest was normal.
It a good idea to consult a Gastroenterologist in this situation to rule out GERD, gastritis and problems related to the esophagus and diaphragm.
Humid condition aggravating difficulty in breathing may be due to less oxygen in that environment.
