Done With Creatinine And Uric Acid Test. What Is The Treatment Required?

We need to understand that creatinine is basically a product of our metabolism. Just like any vehicle produces smoke. Our body produces urea, creatinine and other metabolites. Kidney disease itself does not increase the formation of creatinine. But as a result of reduced removal due to weak kidneys.
In case of kidney disease a low protein diet would help (But we need to remember that it is Low protein - not a no protein diet)
Most patients unfortunately will severely restrict protein resulting in weekness.
Certain foods such as non vegetarian food, will increase the level of creatinine and should be avoided.
Vegetarian and egg white as sources of protein are better should be consumed in normal quantities - (would need to see a renal dietician)
Avoiding NSAID type of painkillers - as these will adversely effect the kidney.
Recently certain probiotics for kidney disease have become available and can be used to help reduce the toxins. (Consult you treating doctor about them)
If Allopurinol is a problem - Alternatively Febuxostat is available for Uric Acid
(Consult your treating doctor about it)
Rest of the medications are quite appropriate
For comprehensive evaluation she needs to check her
Serum Calcium, Phosphorous, intact PTH, Bicarbonate
I would also like to know what her ultrasound and urine examination shows. . .
