I understand your concern

Let me tell you that headache can be due to many reasons like migraine, tension headache, brain infection/tumor/bleed etc. As you have improved, I feel that you need not worry at all. Given your medical history, the possibility of tension headache could be a possibility. These headache generally improve with rest and relaxation and medications like nortryptiline, amitriptiline etc.
