Hello
Thanks for the query
I would like to know a few more details in order to come to a better conclusion
1. Are you on any medications apart from vit d and Pepcid, please mention them
2. Does the dizziness last through out the day? What makes the dizziness worse?
3. Have you had cold, cough, or flu recently?
4. Did you notice any problem hearing recently?
5. Is there any blurring of vision?
Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply
Regards

Hello
Thanks for replying
After going through the reply you have given me it looks like you are suffering from infection of the inner ear. It is usually caused by a virus and most of the times it is self limiting. The burping could be because of the heart burn
You doctor has prescribed the right medication of the heart burn but nothing for the dizziness.Drugs like betahistadine is ideal for dizziness because of inner ear.
. I recommend you to approach an ENT specialist for a quick examination and a prescription
I hope I have answered your query, if you have any further queries I will be happy to get back to you
I wish you a speedy recovery
