You have described almost 30 - 35 symptoms for me !!
Most of them, but not all, are related to your premenstrual and menstrual syndrome as you rightly guessed.
Moreover, endometriosis is a disease that compounds the effects of PMS and MS both.
Your fatigue, nausea, vomiting, headache, sleeplessness, appetite changes, heavy bleeding, sore breasts, slight breast discharge, irritability, forgetfulness, fatigue - all these are definitely due to PMS>
However, having said that, please undergo a gynecological check up, as your endometriosis could have flared up, or you could have associated complications like thickening of lining of uterus ( endometrial hyperplasia ), endometrial polyps,fibroids, ovarian cysts etc, which could cause heavy bleeding and cramping.
The sore throat and sinuses point to an upper respiratory tract infection, which also warrants examination by a Specialist if the problems are severe. You could try warm saline gargles, steam inhalation , Vitamin C supplementation.
The pain between shoulder blades and the overall mood changes all could also be due to either stress, anxiety, vitamin D and calcium deficiency , thyroid disorder, diabetes etc.
For the skin problems, please see a Dermatologist, as acne is hormone related, but not eczema.
The cold extremities are also related to hormonal changes, but the blueness around lips etc. need ruling out of a cardiac/respiratory condition.
Due to the numerous complaints, and the vague nature of them, you need a full body evaluation by your primary care physician, who would then assess need for appropriate referrals.
I suggest a complete blood count, liver and renal profile tests, thyroid hormone assessment, blood sugar testing, hormonal levels on Day 2 of period to assess the cause for such extreme discomfort, and a transvaginal pelvic scan plus ultrasound of whole abdomen.
please ensure you get atleast 8 hours of undisturbed sleep at night.
If you are facing stress, emotional upheavals currently - please start some kind of yoga/meditation/relaxation and XXXXXXX breathing techniques .
Have regular exercise in moderation.
PLease consume a healthy diet, XXXXXXX in antioxidants ( fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes ) and calcium .
Get adequate exposure to sunlight also.
