Feeling Needle Like Pain In Shoulder. Could It Be Related To Smoking Weed?

Thank you for the query.
Such symptoms are rather not related to weed smoking. Shoulder needle like pains can appear due to spine disc herniation, nerve compression around the armpit, muscular pain due to overload, enlarged lymph nodes or even lungs disease like tumor.
I suggest you to visit your doctor, have physical examination of the armpit and collarbone area. Chest X-ray or CT should be performed. Cervical spine MRI should tell either there is any spine problem or not.
If no findings, you should visit orthopedist for further examination.
Sometimes sharp pains can appear due to ions deficiency (Potassium and Magnesium) so it is advisable to try its supplementation.
If the pain is in the left shoulder, heart condition should be also checked with ECG.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
