Question: hi, i'm male 20 years aged, from last 2 days i'm feeling vibrating sensation from part between testis and anus (prostrate gland may be) there is no pain at all , it's like as if someone kept a vibrating phone at that place ,it lasts for 1 or 2 seconds it occurs more when i'm in sitting position and less when i'm standing , there is no pain or problem in urinating and ejaculation ,i don't have any urinal problems before, i can't explain this to my parents even but the feeling is very disturbing. please help me

if there wasn't injury of that area which could cause nerve damage then this is probably nothing serious.
it can mean nothing or it can be early sign of perianal or urinary infection. First to think are herpes infections especially if you had unprotected sex. Secondly it can be start of perianal abscess. In both cases you can wait and see what will happen and will it progress. If this persists or become worse, you should do std testing and urin analysis. Wish you good health. Regards
